40' Hi-Gain Magnetic mount Antenna (Chandler AZ)

Having an extra deep wet well proved to be challenging for obtaining H2S readings near the bottom. The problem was easily solved with a custom 40 foot cable supplied with the High Gain Magnetic mount antenna. Stable and reliable readings lead to another happy customer!

Turn Lane TROUBLES!

We were working with a city that had a High Profile sample location that was unfortunately located in the left turn lane of a busy intersection. This location was challenging in terms of obtaining liquid samples but reliable vapor data was also needed for this location. We first deployed a Acrulog(TM) instrument along with the "factory" under manhole antenna supplied. Unfortunately data transmissions were sporadic at best, which was unacceptable to the customer. The thought process was that data transmission was being blocked by vehicles regularly being stopped in the turn lane over the manhole location. Being unsure if anything could be done to improve the situation we contacted H2S Telemetry for advice. Their advice was to deploy one of their P-750 antennas at that location. Feeling very skeptical but faced with angry and disappointed customer the factory supplied antenna was pulled and replaced with the P-750. First thoughts were "That was a waste of time" While waiting for the "We are still not getting any data!!" call from the customer I looked at the transmission graph and thought I was looking at the wrong site data - FULL strength and NEVER missed a call in with data ! Thank you H2S Telemetry, you saved our reputation with this customer and solved another problem!

Custom Sludge Press Filters

It seems there isn't much that the Engineering Team at H2S Telemetry can't accomplish. We needed several different micron ratings of filters for a sludge press made.After giving them the specifications we had the filters we needed within a week and they worked perfectly. H2S Telemetry comes through again!

Custom 80' Antenna with Stake

Without many other options to go under a road, we ordered an upgraded antenna with LMR-400 cable (which appears to be Commercial microwave cable - was very stiff) The Antenna was 20" tall and made of fiberglass and mounted to a steel stake provided as it needed to be mounted in the dirt. Other companies indicated that 80' was too far to transmit a low power signal but the solution provided by H2S Telemetry worked perfectly ... Nice to have an American company that does things that other companies say can't be accomplished. (This solution worked perfectly but wasn't cheap, guess that's the price you need to pay for commercial grade products)

Troubles at the Zoo

We had been having ongoing problems at the 12th street and Stover sample location with no data or intermittent transmissions of Acrulog(TM) vapor data. Talking to the Jeff... it was decided to try the P-750 antenna at that location. Once we switched to the H2S Telemetry Antenna transmissions and associated data have always been ROCK SOLID! Thanks for a great product we are SOLD!
